Client Services
ACB takes action on behalf of the ageing population to argue for support, defend, or petition for their interests at all levels and sectors across the island. We also use our local partners and service agencies, to provide information, advice, and referral services to older adults and those who care for them.
Hardship Support
We provide short-term financial relief for qualifying older adults aged 50 years and older. Support provides emergency or short-term support for groceries, medical expenses, Belco and/or other utility bills. Duration and value of hardship support is determined on a case-by-case basis by the client services team.
Education
We partner with many community-based organizations and industry specialists to offer education sessions to our affiliates. Topics covered include healthy living, medical best practices, financial literacy, legal concerns, computer and social media use, and more.
Long Term Care
The Long-Term Care programme is a community outreach program aimed at providing training and credentialling opportunities to LTC care providers of older adults, specifically:
Family caregivers
LTC healthcare professionals (nurse; nurses aides etc)
LTC administrators
Affiliate Membership
Our Affiliate Membership programme supports over 6,000 members and offers a range of benefits, including exclusive discounts at businesses across the island, free monthly education sessions on topics such as legal advice, financial tips, and health and wellness, as well as access to vital information and advice services for members and their loved ones. Affiliates also receive a free monthly newsletter featuring Age Concern updates, community announcements, upcoming events, and more.

Call our call center at 238-7525. Open Monday-Friday, 10am - 2pm and you can use your debit/credit card to pay over the phone.
Visit our membership desk at CG Pharmacy in Paget on Mondays & Tuesdays from 10am – 2pm

It takes approximately 2 weeks to receive your affiliate card by mail once you complete your registration.

Once you register to become an affiliate, your online profile will be created immediately. This will allow you to sign up for affiliate events, as well as request our advocacy services. Additionally, the majority of merchant partners who offer our affiliate discounts will do so when presented with your temporary affiliate receipt (which you receive immediately), if you do not have your member card yet.
